Controlled Environment Room
We have recently completed our new ISO Class 8 Clean Environment Room (CER) dedicated to cleaning and packaging machined parts for the medical device industry. Our CER is equipped with ultrasonic cleaners and automated part washing systems utilizing various water-based cleaners and are both environmentally friendly and leave no residue. Our new system utilizes an FDA approved detergent specifically engineered to depyrogenate both plastic and metal parts. Once parts are cleaned, and subsequently dried in a sterile-filtered air stream, they are vacuum packed in FDA approved heat sealed bags for shipment.
Our processes saves client's time and eliminates costly part cleaning, allowing parts to go directly to the manufacturing floor. |
